We have three standard technical support contracts available for schools click the following links for more details:

Small Schools

This option is best suited for a small sized primary school with less than 70 computers and less than 250 users.

This technical support contract is for 1 year and will be for 60 hours of on-site technical support and 10 hours of remote support. This translates into 3 hours of on-site support and half an hour of remote support per fortnight during term time.

Medium Schools

This option is best suited for a medium sized primary school with 75-100 computers and 300-400 users.

This technical support contract is for 1 year and will be for 120 hours of on-site technical support and 20 hours of remote support. This translates into 3 hours of on-site support and half an hour of remote support per week during term time.

This option is best suited for a medium to large sized primary school with 100-125 computers and 400-500 users.

This technical support contract is for 1 year and will be for 240 hours of on-site technical support and 40 hours of remote support. This translates into 6 hours of on-site support and 1 hour of remote support per week during term time.
